Do you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, or gender non-conforming?  This can cause extreme distress if you are feeling unaccepted or not living as your authentic self.  

Do people describe you as nervous?  Anxiety can be worry, self-doubt, or nervousness.  It can cause intrusive or obsessive thoughts.  It may feel hard to concentrate.  It could be fear of social situations or just a looping question of "What If?"

Are you impacted by trauma?  Trauma is the response to a deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms your ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes your sense of self and your ability to feel the full range of emotions and experiences.  EMDR trained!
